1. Ticket Purchase — Payment is required to confirm your spot. Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Tickets Are Non-Refundable — All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another player by contacting us with their name and email before the event. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by Card Bound.
3. Registration — We will register you for the event using the name and email provided at checkout (or completed afterwards via your order confirmation). Please ensure these details are accurate so we can register you in time.
4. Punctuality — Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit their spot without a refund.
5. Event Changes — We may reschedule or adjust an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.
6. House Rules — All players must follow store and event rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a player for misconduct, without refund.
